  • The outright purchase of Jeenee Assist includes a monthly subscription of $7.90 per month (which includes 60 minutes of voice calls and 100 SMS messages per month). The first month’s access fee of $7.90 is included in the up-front payment. At the end of the first month you will be charged $7.90 for the next month’s access fee. You can cancel the subscription at any time by giving 30-days notice. 
  • Should you need more call time or SMS messages in any month, these will be automatically added to your service for the month and a $5 Top-up fee will be charged to you account. This Top-up will provide an additional 60-minutes of talk time (to standard Australian based mobiles or landlines or 100 SMS messages to Australian based mobiles).

Refunds and Returns

The Jeenee Assist SOS alarm comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To obtain a refund the purchaser / user must contact Jeenee Communications on support@Jeeneeassist.com.au within the 30-day period. If the issue cannot be resolved a refund equal to the initial purchase price or rental price of the Jeenee Assist alarm excluding the $59.90 setup fee will be available to be repaid.

A refund is only available on devices which are in an as new condition and can be resold by Jeenee Communications. All postage return costs are to be paid by the purchaser / user.

If the purchaser cancels the order after the order has been processed but not dispatched, Jeenee Communications reserves the right to charge the purchaser the $59.90 set-up fees.

12 Month Warranty

The Jeenee Assist personal alarm device comes with a full 12 months warranty from date of purchase. If the device fails within this time it can be returned for a free replacement.

Jeenee Communications retrains the right to trouble shoot possible issues with the unit prior to providing a replacement.

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

  • any signs of any external damage caused by tampering, water*, fire, dropping or any other physical abuse.
  • the use of a non authorised power supply
  • the Jeenee Assist alarm is water resistant not waterproof, it could be used in a shower but not submerged in a bath.
